Terms

Sodality Stays hosts a directory and optional websites for vacation-rental hosts. Each live listing costs $5 a month. This includes the listing and, if you use it, the site we host for that property. The fee is not a commission on bookings.

Guests book with the host. Sodality Stays is not the merchant for the stay, does not hold the guest's payment, and does not provide insurance or a resolution service.

Hosts are responsible for their right to rent, their photos, house rules, guest safety, permits, and lodging taxes.
